Antonov 24

The off-road airplane, capable of all!

A flying Antonov in its old Aeroflot colors

The An-24 was designed and built in the Ukranian SSR in the 1950s. It is a very versatile turboprop, capable of flying short and medium-range distances, landing on unpaved runways, and carrying more than 5 tons of cargo and passengers. Its reliability is what makes it still fly today in its newer AN-32 versions, which brought upgrades that allow it to fly in extreme weather conditions.
